Our proprietary Business Performance Review (BPR) is an on-going process that directs a staff’s talent and effort towards accomplishing a business’s objectives.
Unlike traditional employee performance reviews, a BPR does not focus on and grade work of the past, but on driving improvements for the future. It considers, not only the actions of the employee, but the interactions between all connected levels of the business. BPR relies on frequent, informal, and honest guided dialog between managers and their teams. The primary purpose is to uncover barriers to business achievement and provide support to those responsible for it.
